CHANDIGARH: men raped a 28-year-old mentally-challenged and woman and brutalized before killing her at Bahu Akbarpur in Haryana's Rohtak district on last Sunday.
The woman's body was found half decayed and without her vital organs after three days from the day she went missing on Wednesday, there where sticks, stones and number of condoms stuffed into her private parts.
Government official have announced 1 lakh RS reward for who ever provides information about the rapists.
